L6 Diploma in Creative Therapeutic Practice for CYP

A note from Founding Directors Mary Rose and Patricia.

It is well documented that there has been a steady year on year increase in children and young people experiencing mental health issues and /or undiagnosed autism,  and who are placed on ever growing waiting lists as their distress and symptoms worsen. On the other hand, through our work we meet many committed  practitioners who are passionate about supporting CYP through art, but face financial, geographical and other barriers to advancing their training in this area. Hence, our Diploma is designed to enable quicker access to safe and effective support to CYP, whilst simultaneously minimising barriers to specialist training through building the skills of this invisible specialist workforce.
